The forging tools and dies are manufactured in our own die division. That gives us greater control and continuity of flow toward the finished product and reduces production times and costs to a minimum. 

Dies manufacturing is achieved within the CAD/CAM chain, by means of advanced CNC machinery and direct data link. The process ensures precise serial production and repeatability of forge dies. 

We also maintain EDM die sinking facilities to produce and repair dies. Die sinking is carried out in already hardened blocks in order to avoid dimensional and form deviations caused subsequently by the hardening process.
