The forging dies and associated tools are designed using the latest state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system. Based on the client’s data, or directly derived from the blank geometries we create a 3D model of the forged component as basis for manufacture of all required tooling. 

The control of design process in house enables us to respond flexibly to new customer requirements, produce precision forgings in uniform quality and to minimum cost and in connection with the services of our tool and die department, guarantee short implementation times. Otherwise through direct contact with the production, consolidated findings can be easily integrated into the development process.
